I fail at this one completely. But I will try to be better. Tricia is being so good, so I will try and follow your leads. Not quite ready to empty my cupboards but when "junk" is gone I will replendish with the right stuff. Tonight's dinner isn't bad, I hope. I have made a crockpot roast beef, potatoes, onions, and carrots. The beef is not free ranged, the potatoes are white (not sweet) and the carrots are not on your list of veggies. So how bad is my meal for tonight? It smells so good and it is a great meal for a cool evening.
Last night I made a small pork roast with summer squash in quinoa. I don't use salt. I use a salt substitute and pepper. What do you think?
