Wake Up Light Sunrise

This alarm clock was made for someone like me! I am a heavy sleeper and have a hard time just jumping out of bed. You can set the "sunrise" to start coming on long before your alarm goes off. For example, mine starts 20 minutes before my alarm goes off. It gives me more time to adjust to getting up. I love all the different sounds as well. I am currently waking up to the sound of birds chirping.

This soap is so gentle yet cleansing. I have been using it for over a year. I tend to have sensitive skin so when I find something cleansing while made with good ingredients I hold on to them!

Yes, this is an extra step in the morning and before bed but I don't know how I lived without one for so long. When I did a deep dive into Ayurveda a couple of years ago, a tongue cleaner was a must. It helps to rid you of toxins that are on your tongue from sleeping but most importantly it leaves you with fresh breath!
